What to expect in this plan?
Phase 1:
Awareness & Foundation (Weeks 1–4)
In the first four weeks, we focus on building self-awareness—the cornerstone of habit formation. With the guidance of our psychologist, you’ll uncover behavioural patterns, emotional triggers, and limiting beliefs that often derail progress. Your nutritionist helps simplify food choices, while the accountability coach ensures you stick to the essentials—hydration, sleep, movement, and meal structure. Phase 2:
Structure & Consistency

Now that your foundations are set, we move into structured habit building. This phase is about turning intention into action. Your accountability coach works closely with you to fine-tune your daily routine, while the nutritionist helps optimize your meals and energy levels. Weekly psychological check-ins help identify friction points and reinforce behavioural changes. By the end of this phase, the chaos starts turning into rhythm.
Phase 3:
Integration & Sustainability (Weeks 9–12)
In the final stretch, we shift our focus to long-term sustainability. This phase is about turning your new habits into your identity. With the psychologist, you'll review progress and reinforce behavioural shifts that align with your lifestyle. The nutritionist helps you build flexibility into your diet, while the coach encourages autonomy—gradually reducing hand-holding while keeping you accountable.
