I really liked the way my coach reorganized and customised diet and workout plans according to me. I started the program with doubt due to my hectic work schedule and was worried on the diet consistency. But my coach had excellently managed to continuously update my diet plans as per each week's work life and also taught me how to make simple modifications to keep the goal of being healthy intact. Many times I couldn't get back to my coach on time due to my busy work life. But he always received me in a comfortable way and nudged me throughout the program to not lose track in a very healthy way. Overall, I loved interacting with my coach and had wonderful takeaways from him by the end of this 1-month program.
